April 2026: Erria A/S has launched a rights issue to be carried out in May 2026 as part of the company’s continued capital strengthening.
The gross proceeds from a fully subscribed offering will amount to DKK 16,126,631.52.
The offering has received pre-commitments from a group of existing shareholders to exercise subscription rights and subscribe for additional new shares, as well as from a board member, who is a new shareholder. This group will subscribe for new shares with a total nominal amount of DKK 4,072,944.00, providing the company with minimum gross proceeds of DKK 14,312,325.22.
The subscription period runs in April–May 2026, and the offering is carried out with pre-emptive rights for existing shareholders.
The proceeds will be used to strengthen the company’s capital base and support Erria’s continued strategic development and growth initiatives.
