June 2026: Erria A/S has successfully completed its rights issue, which was oversubscribed by 47.8%, demonstrating strong investor confidence in the Company’s strategy and future growth prospects. As a result, Erria will raise the maximum gross proceeds of approximately DKK 16.1 million and proceed with a subsequent directed share issue to further strengthen its capital base.
At the close of the subscription period on 5 May 2026, subscriptions had been received for approximately 6.8 million new shares, corresponding to investor demand of nearly DKK 24 million. This significantly exceeded the maximum offering of 4,589,251 new shares available under the rights issue.
Strong Support for the Company’s Strategy
The substantial oversubscription reflects strong support from both existing and new investors and highlights confidence in Erria’s strategic direction and long-term growth ambitions.
Commenting on the successful outcome, CEO Henrik N. Andersen stated:
“We are extremely pleased with the strong support shown by our shareholders in this offering. The oversubscription confirms confidence in our strategy and in the platform we have built.”
Following completion of the rights issue, Erria expects to receive net proceeds of approximately DKK 15.7 million after transaction costs. The capital will support the Company’s continued growth initiatives, including both organic expansion and selective acquisition opportunities.
Additional Capital Through Directed Share Issue
In response to the significant investor interest, the Board of Directors has decided to carry out a subsequent directed share issue of up to 1,160,000 new shares. The transaction is expected to provide the Company with additional gross proceeds of approximately DKK 4.2 million.
Board member Søren Storgaard highlighted that the additional capital will further strengthen Erria’s ability to execute its growth strategy while accommodating the strong demand from investors.
