December 2025: FOM Technologies A/S has completed a capital raise, securing gross proceeds of approximately DKK 21.3 million.
The transaction was carried out in 2025 with participation from both existing and new investors, strengthening the company’s financial position.
The proceeds will be used to support the continued development and commercialization of the company’s technology, as well as to accelerate growth initiatives and further strengthen FOM Technologies’ market position.
