December 2025:
Q-Interline has successfully completed a rights issue in December 2025, raising gross proceeds of approximately DKK 12.3 million.
The transaction was carried out as a rights offering to existing shareholders and forms part of the company’s strategy to accelerate international growth. The subscription period ran from 19 November to 2 December 2025, and the minimum subscription was reached by the end of the period.
A total of 4,116,516 new shares were subscribed for at a price of DKK 3.00 per share, supported by existing shareholders, management, and new investors.
The proceeds will be used to support Q-Interline’s next phase of growth, including strengthening its commercial efforts and expanding its presence in key markets such as the US and the UK.
The capital increase was completed and registered in December 2025.
