June 2026: Trophy Games Development A/S has successfully completed a directed share issue raising DKK 26.6 million from a group of institutional investors. The transaction was executed through an accelerated bookbuilding process and attracted strong interest from both existing and new investors.
The directed issue was subscribed by existing shareholders ATP and BankInvest, while Eiffel Investment Group joins the Company as a new shareholder.
The transaction comprises 1,806,000 new shares issued at a subscription price of DKK 14.75 per share, generating gross proceeds of DKK 26.6 million and expected net proceeds of approximately DKK 26.0 million.
Supporting Growth and Strategic Acquisitions
The proceeds from the share issue will strengthen Trophy Games’ financial position and provide increased flexibility to pursue strategic opportunities. The Company intends to use the additional capital to support potential acquisitions of complementary businesses, gaming assets, technologies, and intellectual property rights, while continuing to execute its growth strategy.

In a statement, the firm’s Investment Committee highlighted that the transaction provides Trophy Games with additional resources to support its growth ambitions and strategic development, while enabling the Company to capitalize on future opportunities.
Following registration of the capital increase, Trophy Games’ share capital will increase from nominally DKK 552,000 to DKK 588,120, and the total number of shares will rise from 27.6 million to 29.4 million.
